CNC MACHINING
We provide our customers with professional machine design/engineering and concurrent engineering support. CNC and manual milled and turned parts, assemblies, and various light manufacturing machines/processes including electromechanical and product assembly ops, presses, drilling, tapping, automated thread insert processes.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
JET HELSETH has a fully staffed and equipped Quality Assurance Department in place utilizing a quality system based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements to ensure that we consistently meet or exceed our customer’s needs. Including electromechanical testing, mechanical force/load and pressure testing of parts, assemblies and housings, test procedure and reporting.
ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS
JET HELSETH has a fully equipped and staffed Assembly Department handling sub-assembly through complete assembly of piece parts and systems, with operations that include epoxy bonding, mechanical insert installation, rivet installation, bushing, pin, lube and grease operations, and mechanical assembly.
FINISHING & PLATING
JET HELSETH finishing services include: Beadblasting, Gritblasting, Vapor Honing operations for surface preparation. Deburring, tumbling, and edgebreak processes. Masking, mil spec wet paint and powdercoat, Chemfilm/Irridate/Chromate, anodizing and hardcoat plating, electroless nickel plating and more.
LASER MARKING
JET HELSETH provides Laser Marking services that are ideal for permanently marking and engraving raw metal applications as well as industrial polymers. This is a non-contact form of marking in which a CNC machine directs a laser beam as small as 0.002” in diameter to cut through a work piece to a desired depth.
